Refund policy

At Rooster River, we want to make sure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free refund policy.

Our refund policy lasts for 30 days from the date of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that some items are exempt from being returned, including gift cards and downloadable software products.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at roosterriver1@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return your item to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
